Gender-based violence (GBV) isn’t inevitable - it’s preventable. But only if we go all in.
All In's new Position Paper and its accompanying Executive Summary are two resources designed to shift the conversation to action. Together, they map the global scale and consequences of gender-based violence, unpack the structural and social forces that drive it, and lay out a practical pathway to ending GBV within a generation.
At the heart of both documents is the BROAD–DEEP–RESOURCED framework: a call to embed prevention across the systems that shape daily life, transform the norms that sustain inequality, and secure the long-term investment required for real change. These aren’t abstract ideas - they’re grounded in proven approaches that work, but are still far from fully funded or widely adopted.
By bringing the evidence, urgency and solutions into one place, the Position Paper and Executive Summary offer a clear blueprint for leaders across sectors. The message is simple: we know that GBV is preventable - we need courageous leadership, political will, financing and collective action to make it happen.
